I LOVE speaking at awards ceremonies, because they’re all about recognising excellence, it’s about people making a difference, and about courageous people operating that the edge of their comfort zones. Life truly begins at the edge of our comfort zone.
The Connexis Excellence awards evening was a supreme example of how these events should be. People sharing their insights, rubbing shoulders with high achieving business teams, rewarding the highest achievers and working to keep building champion teams into the future!
